Manager - B2B Sales - Commodity (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (B2B Sales) to expand our business by acquiring new clients and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, and closing sales deals to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential B2B clients through outbound sales activities.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
3. Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
4. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
5. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
6. Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM software.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to drive customer satisfaction.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
9. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management team.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience: 2-4 years in B2B Sales (Outbound Field Sales)
2. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
3. Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads on your own, negotiate deals, and close sales.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and handle field sales operations effectively.
6. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
