Sales Manager(B2B/OEM's/Govt) - Electrical Products

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals in the electrical industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the electrical sector.

Lead a team of sales professionals to meet targets and KPIs effectively.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Identifying opportunities, understanding project requirements, pitching the product and achieving the revenue target.

Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, electrical consultants, architects, contractors, and government agencies.

Product demonstration/training to customers to have desired product approval. Well-versed in conducting product trials, and successfully demonstrating product USPs to end customers

Work closely with other teams within the organisation to leverage their resources, expertise, and networks to expand the reach of the business. This collaborative approach aims to maximize the brand's presence and revenue.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics (Must) with Proven experience of Minimum 5+ in the electrical industry.

2. Strong knowledge of electrical products, systems, and solutions.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. A strong understanding of both the technical aspects and commercial aspects of lighting products, along with the ability to lead sales initiatives effectively.

5. Strong connect with specifiers: Building and maintaining relationships with Architects/ Consultants/ contractors in the MRO (maintenance and repair operations) industry is essential for success in this role.

6. Uphold a high level of honesty and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

7. Display a proactive and determined attitude in pursuing sales and business development opportunities.

8. Maintain a positive outlook and demonstrate self-motivation in achieving sales and business objectives.

9. Provide necessary technical training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
