Manager - B2B/B2C Sales - Credit Card/Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Job Responsibilities
- Should drive B2B2C Sales for the Credit Card and this will entail lead generation and direct sales initiatives
- Ideally someone from the Insurance or Credit Card space
- Should be able to manage the team of interns
- Ensures sales plans and key account strategies are implemented and sales/financial goals are obtained.
- Responsible for hiring of team members
Job Requirements :
- A good understanding of B2B2C sales processes will be beneficial
- Outstanding command of prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Experience in a performance-based compensation model
- Experience dealing directly with small to mid-sized business owners and decision makers
- Experience in managing the sale of products and/or services in a specific district or other geographic areas
