Requirements and responsibility :

- Should have experience into Non-Employee Benefits like:- Property Insurance, Engineering Risk, Employee Benefit Insurance, Financial Lines Insurance, Causality Lines Insurance, and Specialty Lines Insurance

- Well versed in cost effective branding and marketing programs to quickly drive market awareness and high quality leads.

- Should be well experienced in corporate sale and presentations. To develop commercial / corporate business to increase company's visibility in the corporate segment.

- Bringing the business from various corporate Regular and continuous liaison with risk and Insurance executives and Regional Managers of the insurance companies in connection with business opportunities.

- Responsible for generating higher revenues for the company by bringing in more business.

- Support team in client servicing / underwriting and placement of business.

- To prepare business and manpower budget and various MIS as required by management.

- Balancing the optimum product mix.

- Responsible for implementing business process and controls as laid down by company.

- Interaction with Insurance companies and internal team to complete the work process.

Qualification: Graduate/MBA Able to present value propositions to large audiences at industry events and in one-on-one meetings with key analysts
