Manager/Associate - Sales - HORECA Segment - FMCG (1-10 yrs)
Our client is India's largest coffee roasters. Looking for Institutional and B2B sales Manager /associate with HORECA background.

Requirement for Corporate Sales and HoReCa Sales
1) Handling HoReCa Business in respected territory area.
2) Take care of Hotels, Restaurants, College Canteen, for strategic sales growth in HoReCa sales.
3) Identifying and networking with prospective clients generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
4) Managing the distribution channel and implementing aggressive sales strategies to support existing and new market segments through network of distributors & dealers.
5) Responsible to deliver the secondary business from his market as per company set target.
6) Responsible to provide market feedback on day to day bases in company suggested format..
7) Taking care of the sales operations with focus on Achieving sales growth.
8)Ensuring continuous interaction with the customers to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
Skills required :
Technical skills : Required in computer for making report & providing sales data.
Conceptual skill : Required to increase sale
Negotiation skill : Required to crack big client from competitor market
Attitude-willing to work with helping nature to his subordinates and core Team, flexible in
terms of timing,Location, smart working strategy & open minded.
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 1 to 7 years experience in HORECA sales
