As a Manager/ Associate - Hotel Acquisition, you shall be handling the supply (sourcing and operations) for the specific location. You may have a chance for a Promotion path to become P&L owner/ manager for the region
What you will do:
- Identifying key expansion areas (cities/ locations/ properties), sourcing & building relationships with franchisee partners
- Managing City Supply Managers team for their work as well
- Leading customer delight team to maintain standards regularly at partner properties and drive better guest experience based on feedback
- Analysing delivery partners metrics to properly allocate supply and guide incentives
- Optimising supply acquisition, both on spend and operations and constantly look for new opportunities and move fast to execute on them
- Taking ownership of city-specific and local regulatory requirements
- Identifying best practices on supply and ensure city-wide adoption
