Here's what we offer:

Role: Inside Sales (Individual Contributor)

Location: Bangalore (Mahadevpura)

CTC: Up to 8 LPA (including variable pay)

Experience: 0.6 to 4 years (EdTech experience preferred)

Working Hours:

9 AM - 6 PM (US Morning)

3 PM - 12 AM (US Noon)(shift allowance applicable)

9 PM - 6 AM (US Night)(shift allowance applicable)

Responsibilities:

- Engage with leads through calls and emails to convert them into clients.

- Build strong relationships with potential customers.

- Understand their needs and offer the right solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

- Drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for sales and achieving targets.

- Prior experience in EdTech (preferred but not mandatory).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifts.

- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
