Key Responsibilities :
- Agent Recruitment o Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring.
- Candidate shall have Minimum 2 Year of ANY Sales experience.
- Candidates having sales experience from BFSI, Pharma, FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durable, Auto will be Preferred. Candidate Should have their own conveyance.
- 2 years in any sales must .
- But 1 year in BFSI job assured.
Minimum Qualification : Graduate
Age must be 24-35 Years
