Manager - Assistant Sales - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
Help the manager of agency development oversee and expand the agency channel.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor agent performance and provide assistance as needed;
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new agents.
- Set up agent meetings and training sessions.
- Oversee administrative tasks pertaining to the agency channel.
- Encourage the development and implementation of a sales strategy.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree
- A year or two of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a group environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Indian insurance offerings and the workings of the market.
