We are looking for a dynamic Sales person who is self-starter, highly motivated, ambitious, positive, creative and innovative thinker, who possesses strong selling ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to execute effectively and possesses strong leadership skills

Position : Distribution Development Manager/ Sales -AM/ Senior/ Executive/ State head

Salary Range : upto 20 Lacs

Preferred Age : 23 - 35 Years

Education :


1. Graduate in any discipline.

2. MBA from a good institute may be preferred.

Experience :


Candidate with 4 to 8 years of experience in mainstream FMCG Industry. Ideally having worked in fast-growing FMCG companies, and has gone through the evolution and development of distribution and market support systems to deliver rapid growth. Candidate should have a rich Distribution expansion background or C & F and should have worked extensively in Distribution development that delivered exponential growth for the organisation.

In addition, the candidate should possess excellent Leadership skills, analytical skills, innovative problem-solving skills and sharp execution competence.

Job Description :

- Responsible for Distribution Development to deliver rapid market share enhancement and volume growth in his Area.

- The Distribution Development Manager is responsible to enhance overall organisational revenue and growth through the successful execution of distribution initiatives in his Area.

- To acquire new C& F clients in the specified region / market

- To achieve the sales / revenue targets

- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products- pitch according to their specifications

- Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.

- To map potential sector
