Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales - Tubular Glass Manufacturing Firm (5-10 yrs)
Manager/ Assistant Manager Sales Tubular Glass Manufacturing Company
Company is into being tubular glass manufacturing for injectables. Our direct customers would be the Pharma companies who manufacture or fill injectable medicines in our containers.
Major Tasks & Focus :
1. Responsible for overall growth and development of business across India
2. Managing Key Accounts
3. Maintaining and building customer relations
4. Customer Visits with reports
Day to day functions :
1. Payment follow ups and monitoring
2. Responding to customer Enquiries/Samples Collection/Sharing counter samples/Specifications/Drawings
3. Sending Quotations/ Proformas and freezing commercials
4. Reporting Sales performance on a periodical basis to the management
5. Managing and planning promotional events
6. Marketing and Promoting new developments
7. Gathering and Analyzing market feedback
8. Attending to Customer Complaints
Cross Functional :
1. Aligning with customer service, supply chain, quality and technical for effective and timely responses
2. Upgrading product knowledge with support of technical/quality depts for effective customer interaction

- Any experience dealing with these pharma companies would be a plus.
- Any BPharm/ M Pharm background would be a plus (as then they can understand the language of formulations/ reactions etc).
- Any background or experience in the Pharma packaging industry would be a plus
