Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales - Tea Business - West Region (3-8 yrs)
We have an urgent requirement with one of the well known company known for high premium Teas in India .Company Teas Overseas Private Limited operates as a manufacturer of tea.
Job responsibilities :
- Take complete responsibility of new and existing business from Corporates, HoReCa & Retail in the West Region.
- Identify & Target all other avenues that cater to the Gifting segment directly or indirectly (Socialites, Fashion Designers, HNIs, Jewelers etc.)
- Identify & Target all other avenues that cater to the HORECA segment directly or indirectly (High profile Event Management Agencies, Wedding Planners, Distributors etc.)
- Plan and manage the launch of new product ranges.
- Ensure all customer queries and complaints are addressed effectively and without delay.
- Ensure customized, superior and clutter breaking visibility at designated accounts.
- Implement and facilitate assigned business/marketing plan and targets in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate the brand USPs effectively to increase brand awareness.
Skills & Competencies :
- Graduate/Hotel Management with minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Luxury Good Sales.
- Experience of handling HoReCa clients and/or Corporate Gifting is a plus.
- Networking with HNIs, Top Corporate, Socialites, Wedding Planners, High profile Event Management agencies etc.
- Experience at handling Luxury products is a must.
- Excellent Inter-personal skills, both verbal and written.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
- Team leader, persuasive and innovative.
