Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales - IT (4-11 yrs)
- Build strong relationships with customers in the designated jurisdiction
- Negotiate and arrive at competitive pricing for different trade-lanes in conjunction with the overseas counterparts in line with the local market rate situations
- Review business performance through statistics on a periodic basis and suggest areas of improvement
- To arrive at annual budget GP & Volumes for the trade lane in discussion with branch head for development of personal sales pipeline
- Monitoring KPIs and validating Key Target
- Joint visits with branch head/senior management
- Imparting knowledge and training to junior salespeople
