Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales - BFS (1-8 yrs)
- Our Sales department is in search of an Assistant Sales Manager to join us on an intermediate basis. You will be responsible for handling the daily activities of the store. You will also be responsible for resolving customers' complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Candidate Skill & Profile :
- The capacity to offer customers fantastic customer service.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of and practical experience in efficient sales techniques.
- Excellent ability to solve problems.
- Good communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- The capacity to show exceptional leadership qualities.

Responsibilities :
- Directing and assigning work to the members of the sales team.

- Taking part in daily standups and meetings.
- Keeping an eye on the sales staff's performance.
- Ensuring adequate inventory levels and replenishing them as needed.
- Ensuring that the business is always spotless and organized.
- Giving the new team members training sessions.
- Keeping the workplace atmosphere positive for the staff.
- Helping the sales manager create successful sales plans.
