Job Description:
This role will be tasked with driving all marketing & PR activities of Gravton Motors. He / She will report to the Business Head, with a dotted line reporting to the Founder. This role will own the following functions:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels. Build and maintain Gravton's identity as a leader in sustainable mobility.
- Plan & execute impactful product launch campaigns for electric motorcycles and supporting technologies.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and website management to drive traffic and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with dealerships / business partners to co-create marketing initiatives, and drive vehicle sales.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activity. Use insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to support sales efforts in both B2C and B2B segments.
- Manage media relations, press releases, and event participation to promote Gravton Motors in key markets.
Candidate Profile :
- The successful candidate is expected to be a problem solving, result oriented, highly motivated individual.
- He /She will be someone who understands that this role has a direct impact on the growth of the organisation, as well as his / her own.
In particular, he/she is expected to have the following traits:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, with a focus on lead generation and brand building.
- Strong communication skills, and an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
