Manager/Assistant Manager - Export Sales (4-8 yrs)

Experience Range - 4 - 8 yrs
Mandatory Requirement:
Prior experience in sales within International/Export businesses
Should have understanding of the International/Export sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Glass bottles and glass jars have been their core competency since 1981. It is one of the most trusted brands in the supply of high-quality, reliable and certified glass bottles and glass jars, both in India and abroad.
Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organising daily work schedules to call on existing Customers
- Develop and drive export sales activity by considering the sales offer and evaluating potential in international markets.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients and identification of potential new sales opportunities via emails and phone calls.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
- Coordinate with other sales executives to ensure company quotas, Price list and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
- Arrange dispatch of samples to the international customer.
- Knowledge of complete documentation procedure related to Export.
Cross-cultural awareness.
Additional Skill :
Candidates from Glass Packaging, Packaging, Food and Pharma Industry are preferred.
