Manager/Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing - CSR Firm (5-10 yrs)
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive business growth
- Utilize SEO/SEM and email marketing to drive online traffic to the website and generate leads
- Produce content and conceptualize campaigns for Samhita's products, services and reports for online channels including LinkedIn and other social media
- Develop relationships with influencers, blogs, news media etc.
- Measure, analyze, optimize and communicate the effectiveness of the organization's digital marketing efforts
- Promote impact stories across the board that reflect the import of Samhita's work
Required qualifications and experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in communications/marketing or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in communications/marketing/digital marketing/advertising with significant experience in conceptualizing, executing, tracking and evaluating digital marketing campaigns
- Individuals with more or fewer years of experience than mentioned above are also encouraged to apply since there are other vacancies
Experience in using some or all of the following technologies/platforms is a must
- Content Management Systems like WordPress or Drupal
- Mail Chimp or any popular email marketing platform
- LinkedIn and other social media
- SEO tools
- AdWords and other PPC marketing platforms
- Google Analytics and other tools to measure marketing effectiveness
- CRM (On a basic level)
Other key requirements
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- A balance of creative and analytical thinking
