Manager/Assistant Manager - Content Marketing - Online/Internet (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :
- Looking for an amazing data driven inbound marketer to own the majority of marketing funnel for our company. As a talented Content Marketing Manager you will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into leads to also you will be responsible for taking full responsibility of our inbound marketing strategies including social media, blogs and lead generation.
- Our ideal candidate is a very creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing & designing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers.
Reporting to Marketing Manager you will be responsible for :
- Designing, proofreading and editing creative resources: posters, info graphics, icons, graphics, video scripts, blogs, whitepapers and case studies, and corporate collateral: brochures, visiting cards, PowerPoint presentations and any internal communication documents for Crescendo Group businesses.
- Researching and integrating latest content trends and ideas to build an engaged following across all social media platforms, convert candidates and clients into leads and establish a solid brand presence for each business across the digital space.
- Coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to formulate content strategy appropriate for each Crescendo Group business.
- Generating content that is consistent with Crescendo Group businesses brand voice and SEO strategy.
- Coordinating with Marketing team, staff and management to gather ideas for designing creative resources, content tone and structure.
- Creating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual content editorial plan for all Crescendo Group businesses for blogs and social media.
- Managing Crescendo Group social media platforms i.e. curating and scheduling content; driving engagement i.e. likes, comment and shares, driving traffic to Crescendo Group web sites and utilizing social media analytics to implement actionable insights.

- You have strong conceptual thinking, this role requires someone who can generate smart foundational concepts and build fresh unexpected activations and extensions to move forward with
- You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo, and know how to communicate the value prop of working at our company both authentically and transparently
- You- re a great storyteller and writer, and can create content from blogs to emails to videos yourself as well as enlist internal and external content creators
- You inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey
- You can teach and empower recruiters on how to tell our story effectively to attract and nurture candidates
- You practice inbound marketing and SEO, and can get your content found when and where people are searching
- You develop a deep understanding of your target audience to ensure your messaging hits home
- You live on social media, and can attract followers and keep them engaged
- You- ve built a pipeline / database of leads who read your texts, open your emails and respond to your content
- You- re curious, resourceful, a self-starter, a creative problem solver, an organized project manager and a team player who can also do it all yourself without needing a lot of resources or budget
Additionally:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Marketing, Communications or Journalism, MBA a plus, 4-8 years if experience working in
content development branding & designing experience demonstrated by strong portfolio with editorial/writing, designing/illustration and video
- Effective and clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience writing press releases, newsletters, sell sheets, web content, etc.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills with great attention to detail
- Superior teamwork and excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines
