Manager/Assistant Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Consulting (1-4 yrs)
Basic Requirement
1. The person should have at least 1 -4 years of professional Business-to-Business sales experience (preferably in recruitment consulting).
2. Very good communication and presentation skills at all client levels.
3. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
4. Strong research, analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Excellent PowerPoint, excel Skills
8. MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
Job Description
1. Candidate will drive new client acquisition by building and developing senior-level client contacts i.e. with CEO's HR Heads, setting the sales strategy and negotiating with the client for profitable new, cross sell and expansion business.
2. Candidate should be well versed with various latest lead generation techniques like social media, digital marketing, E Mail Campaigns, personal networking, cold calling etc.
3. Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead client discussions to advance the sales process.
4. Maintain existing accounts for renewal, and acquire new clients through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
5. Build and manage sales pipeline to drive new client acquisition & achieve annual sales target. Candidate should be extremely good with Numbers and conducting Cost Benefit Analysis with the Key Decision Makers in the corporate.
6. Close coordination with delivery team to check the progress of the project, success in this role is measured by achieving sales targets.
