Manager/Assistant Manager - Business Development - Learning Management System (3-6 yrs)
This profile demands a strong combination of Inside Sales and Product selling experience . The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead Generation
- Generating leads in USA market
- Identify relevant target organization and create Database
- Making outreaches through Telecalling and mass mailing. subsequently Online presentations
- Plan approaches and targeted campaigns
- Plan targeted campaign end to end in USA Market
- Seek initial brief on the client requirements to understand Client Business/Requirements or Need Generation to establish the solution as best fit system for the need or business enablement.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Worked in USA market in Inside sales model
- Very Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong telephone and verbal communication etiquettes
- Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills - should have ability to initiate engaging discussions
- Understanding of using basic MS applications Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Understanding of working on CRM - Past experience of working on Microsoft Dynamics will be a Plus
- Basics of Internet Browsing and Social Networking.

- Work in flexible time zone ( till 10 pm )
