Job Overview:

Seeking a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and enhance their market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis. Build a pipeline of prospective clients.

- Industry Engagement: Represent AstraGlobal at industry conferences, particularly in collections and lending, to promote our services and develop valuable connections.

- Digital Marketing: Handle the social media presence of AstraGlobal.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and areas for expansion.

- Contract Negotiation: Engage with potential clients to negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.

- Reporting: Track and report on business development progress, sales activities, and market insights to Senior Management.

Experience:

- Should have prior experience in Business Development in a Collections Call Centre.

- Total 8 - 12 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development in an International Call Centre.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

- Prior experience in collections and lending is a plus
