Manager/Assistant Manager/Associate Relationship Manager - Field Sales/Business Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing an effective strategy to attract clients.
- Building a strong relationship with the new and existing clients.
- Educating clients about the various insurance policies.
- Advising the clients on which insurance policy they need to purchase.
- Communicating with the clients and maintaining a good rapport with them.
- Answering questions of the client based on insurance policies.
- Identifying the risk involvements based on the client's requirements.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
