Job Title: Area Sales/Channel Sales Manager

Job Summary:

As an Area Sales/Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within a designated geographic area or channel, with the goal of achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and maximizing revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- To meet sales goals and increase income in the targeted area or channel, develop and put into action a sales strategy and plan.

- To ensure successful channel management and accomplish corporate goals, develop and maintain strong bonds with channel partners like distributors, dealers, retailers, and other stakeholders.

- Set sales goals, deliver coaching and training, carry out performance reviews, and promote an excellence-focused culture while leading, inspiring, and managing sales teams.

- To spot business possibilities and modify sales techniques appropriately, keep an eye on customer wants, market developments, and rival activity.

- Work together with cross-functional teams from marketing, finance, and operations to ensure that sales plans and strategies are carried out without a hitch.

- Provide suggestions for improvement, compile sales reports, and conduct routine sales reviews and analyses.

- Respond quickly to customer concerns and queries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.

- A track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals, ideally in a B2B context.

- The capacity to manage and inspire sales teams with strong leadership qualities.

- With the capacity to establish and develop connections with channel partners and clients, excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.

- Capacity to assess market trends and customer data to inform sales tactics. Capability to think strategically and analytically.

- A focus on attaining sales targets and fostering business expansion.

- Ability to work both alone and cooperatively in a hectic atmosphere.

- Knowledge of the particular market or industry in the chosen region or on the chosen channel is an advantage.

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
