Manager/Area Manager/Branch Manager - Sales - Insurance (7-13 yrs)
- Full-time MBA(Non-tier & tier colleges) sales professional having minimum 7+ to 13 years of experience in Sales for NBFC/Mutual Funds/General Insurance/Health Insurance/Pharma/FMCG Industry for Bancassurance, Agency and Direct Marketing roles in Lucknow, Bareilly, Kanpur (UP) ; Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Anand, Bhuj (Gujarat) and Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Sawai Madhopur (Rajasthan region).
- Candidates currently working in Life Insurance industry SHOULD NOT APPLY for these positions.
- The role involves handling agencies/ Branches and need to create advisors in the maret for Sales of Insurance related products.
- Candidate should be open for all the locations in particular state and open for working in all channels.

Responsibilities :
- Allocating target to the Sales Team ( BDEs )
- Develop business plan to support the Sales Team.
- Drive the Sales Team towards achieving their respective target.
- Building Builder/Corporate Relationships/ DSA relationships
- Handle individual and team objections, queries and motivate the team
- Continuously exploring new business opportunities
