Manager - App Marketing (5-7 yrs)
Designation/Title : App Marketing Manager
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant digital marketing experience desired. However, candidates at other experience levels are also encouraged to apply.
Job Summary: As the App Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our mobile application and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the app's visibility, maximize user acquisition, and optimize the app's performance on app stores. Your expertise in mobile app marketing, analytical skills, and creative thinking will be crucial in achieving our app marketing goals and growing our userbase.

Global Marketing Manager, USA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the mobile application, aligned with the overall marketing objectives and company's goals.
2. Drive user acquisition strategies, both organic and paid, to increase app downloads and user base.
3. Implement effective app store optimization (ASO) strategies to improve the app's visibility, keyword rankings, and conversion rates on app stores.
4. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user segmentation to identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns.
5. Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets, including app store creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials, to enhance app visibility and drive user engagement.
6. Plan and execute app marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
7. Monitor and analyze app performance metrics, user behavior, and campaign results using analytics tools to identify trends, optimize marketing strategies, and drive continuous improvements.
8. Collaborate with the product team to gather user feedback, identify opportunities for app enhancements, and contribute to product roadmap decisions.
9. Work closely with the customer support team to address user inquiries, feedback, and concerns related to the mobile application.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app marketing, app store guidelines, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and maximize app performance.
11. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to app marketing efforts, providing regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Additional certification in digital marketing or mobile app marketing is a plus.
2. Proven work experience as an App Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of mobile app marketing strategies, including user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
4. Experience with app store optimization (ASO) techniques and tools to improve app visibility and drive organic downloads.
5. Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or App Annie, to analyze app performance metrics, user behavior, and campaign results.
6. Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystem, app store guidelines, and industry trends to develop effective marketing strategies.
7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
9. Creative thinking and ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns and assets.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
11. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
