Manager/AM - Business Development - EduTech (3-12 yrs)
Looking for BDMs & RSMs having experience in EdTech, K12, Publishing for Hubli, Belgaum & Goa; should have strong contacts with schools & colleges in the specified areas. Should be go-getter.
Major Responsibilities :
BDMs :
1. Driving sales objectives and achieving monthly, quarterly & annual targets
2. Cold calling; over the phone as well as field sales (as per the situation in future)
3. Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and to fulfil them
AMs :
1. Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
2. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
3. Monitoring market trends, providing regular competitor analysis and using the same to enhance our market share
