Manager - Alliances & Partnership - Retail (5-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for alliances and partnerships with MBOs, aligning with the company's product objectives and overall business goals.
- Identify and prioritize potential MBO partners who can enhance the company's product reach and market presence.
- Effectively pitch the company's products to potential MBO partners, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Develop customized partnership proposals and presentations tailored to MBO partners to showcase the product's value proposition.
- Initiate contact and build relationships with key decision-makers at potential MBO partner organizations.
- Ensure contracts are mutually beneficial and align with strategic goals, involving legal and finance teams as necessary.
- Manage ongoing relationships with MBO partners to ensure successful collaboration and achievement of partnership goals.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the retail industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
