Sales & New Initiatives Manager
Technical Skills/ Knowledge
- Proven track record of strong client relationship and excellent client service skills.
- Proven Ability to manage sales teams
- Experience handling BTL activities
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
- Must be able to articulate thoughts into clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities & work long-hours with high attention-to-detail.
- Must be confident, positive, creative, adaptable and commercially aware.
- Should be willing to travel extensively within the city
- Should be able to manage volatile & stressful situations
- Should have operating knowledge of working on Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities:
- On-board large customers on to our platform & develop the enterprise business at fro the same.
- Conduct research to identify and develop new potential business prospects
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Manage data for new, prospective and existing clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and all documents are filed.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports and dashboards.
- Compile, update, and execute daily/weekly/monthly reports related to clients as per the requirement of management.
- Should manage & drive the team to achieve the growth objectives in the city
- Undertake special projects related to new initiatives for the platform, create value propositions and execute pilots before handing over to the mainstream business for the same.
