Manager - Alliance/Partnership - HRTech (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates with potential HRTech Platforms
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Otomeyt services in coordination with the local and global teams. Drive engagement & adoption by partners to scale business growth
- Look out for new opportunities for acquisition of clients in mass through partners
- Drive success with API based tools to scale the scope of partnership with key partners
- Build an integrated eco-system of Partners in India & aborad
- Contribute strategic depth in driving new market development activities for India
- Create Win-Wins with Cross-Functional teams in creating mindshare and awareness of Otomeyt Offerings with business segments and plan & execute the demand generation initiatives
- Bring to light latent potential by being analytical and presenting business insights
What you need to get this role :
- 5+ years of experience in building or managing a partner network especially in HRTech or SaaS business
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals for business and for partners
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
- High level of organization and focus to work in a greenfield market
- Ability to see the bigger picture
