- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the agriculture sector.

- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to engage clients and promote product offerings.

Negotiation and Vendor Management:

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

- Manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply and quality of products.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and achieve sales objectives.

- Conduct training sessions to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge about products and market dynamics.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
