Manager - Agency Vertical/Sales Development - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies to drive sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting agency partners to achieve growth.
- Provide training and support to agency partners on products and sales techniques.
- Monitor and assess agency performance, offering guidance to achieve targets.
- Expand the agency network by identifying and onboarding new partners.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align agency-specific campaigns.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, with at least 1+ year in a sales development or agency management role.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and lead partners.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and the agency distribution model.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
