2. Develop ALs through Coaching, Training, Team Management Support etc..
3.Recruitment of new agents through Agency Leaders
4.Work with the Agency Leaders to drive recruitment of new agents.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1.Any graduates with minimum 2- 4 years of direct Insurance sales experience ( Mandatory)
2. Team handling experience is not mandatory
