Manager - Agency Development - Life Insurance (3-4 yrs)
- Recruitment of agents/ Insurance Managers for Life Insurance
- Driving Life insurance business through agents/ Insurance Manager
- Ensuring on-time issuance of policy & timely renewal of the policy
- Leadership -Provide leadership & management to a team of Advisors
- Servicing existing customer relationships
- Lead generation through various customer contact programs, and closures through our sales process plan
- Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard the reputation
- Conceptualize & implement sales promotion plans through various marketing channels
Candidate Requirement :
Qualification : Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
