Manager - Agency Development - Insurance (6-12 yrs)
Position Name : Agency Development Manager
Educational Qualification : Bachelors in any stream.
Agency Manager Responsibilities :
- Recruiting, screening, and training new Broker Qualified Persons and guide them to recruit POS.
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with Team and POS.
- Adhering statutory regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring team does the same.
Skills Required :
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
Experience Required : 7-10 years of experience in managing teams of Sales Managers/Unit Managers (managerial experience advantageous).
