Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
About the Role:
As a Direct Sales Manager in the Agency Channel, you will manage a team of Insurance Advisors and work directly to achieve sales targets and drive new customer acquisition. You will ensure that your team is well-equipped to meet company goals through effective training and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and acquire new customers.
- Track and evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
- Provide ongoing training to advisors on new products, policies, and sales techniques.
- Foster strong relationships with agencies and clients to enhance customer retention.
Key Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in insurance.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Age: 22 to 38 years.
- Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.
Compensation:
Salary (CTC): - 3.50 LPA to - 4.50 LPA
