Manager - Agency Channel - General Insurance (5-10 yrs)
- Handling a team of Assistant Managers / Deputy Managers.
- Managing the Team members & Health Agents Team & Tracking performance
- Train & Motivate Team members & agents and ensuring their productivity
- Helping Team to Identifying and Recruiting Potential Health Agents
- Drive them to generate business & follow up is critical requirement
- Maintaining Relationship with Agents
- Meet Potential Agents on regular basis along with Team members.
- Coordinating with other internal departments such as Operations, U/W, Claims
- Minimum 5 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory into Agency Sales from General Insurance Industry only
