We are looking for a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in the fast-paced iGaming and Forex industries. The ideal candidate will develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies, manage key affiliate relationships, and drive growth and profitability. Experience with global gaming, casino, and Forex traffic is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies focused on large-scale mobile app install and user acquisition campaigns.

- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top-tier affiliates and publishers in Tier 1, LATAM, and SE regions.

- Optimize affiliate partnerships to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing budgets.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, product, analytics) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with affiliates, ensuring favorable agreements and alignment with business objectives.

- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to expand the network.

- Optimize the affiliate program to boost revenue, traffic, and conversions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing necessary support.

- Communicate regularly with affiliates for updates and feedback.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

- Implement and uphold policies to maintain program integrity.

- Manage and develop the affiliate marketing team, setting clear objectives.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 2-3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming or Forex.

- Proven success in managing large-scale affiliate programs.

- Strong knowledge of iGaming industry trends and regulations.

- Experience with global traffic in Forex, crypto, and casino sectors.

- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.

- Proficient with affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., tracking software, APIs).

- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
