Job Summary:

-We are looking for a motivated and creative Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Management:

- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliate partners.

- Help monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.

- Support the development of marketing strategies to increase affiliate engagement and performance.

Performance Tracking and Reporting :

- Track affiliate performance metrics using various tools and software.

- Prepare regular reports on affiliate marketing activities and results.

- Assist in analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Content and Creative Development :

- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging marketing materials for affiliates.

- Help ensure that all affiliate content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Relationship Management :

- Maintain communication with affiliates to build strong, productive relationships.

- Provide affiliates with the necessary resources and support to maximize their performance.

Campaign Support :

- Assist in the planning and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns.

- Help coordinate promotional activities and special offers with affiliates.

Market Research :

-Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and new opportunities in affiliate marketing.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in affiliate marketing.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 0 to 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field (internships or academic projects are acceptable).

- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and digital marketing principles.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
