Manager - Advertising Sales (5-10 yrs)
Role Overview:
As a Advertising Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling our native advertising solutions to leading brands and agencies across India. You will leverage our diverse suite of offerings, including representation of premium platforms like WeTransfer and TopperLearning, to deliver customized solutions that meet our clients' advertising objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a young and passionate team spread across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for native advertising solutions.
- Identify and prospect new clients, including leading brands and advertising agencies, and build strong relationships to understand their advertising needs.
- Present One Native Ads' native advertising solutions to clients, showcasing the unique value proposition and benefits of leveraging our platform.
- Collaborate with the studio team to develop customized brand solutions, including content ideation, creation, and amplification across preferred publisher networks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging mediums, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the management team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in digital advertising sales, preferably in the native advertising space.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including content discovery platforms, premium ad units, and emerging mediums like Connected TV and DOOH.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales, driven by results and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in selling to leading brands and advertising agencies will be an added advantage.
