- Act as a primary point of contact and carry out all day-to-day administration activities.

- Connect with real estate agents and gather data on the availability of commercial properties.

- Capturing market data and maintain report.

- Adding new qualified prospects to the pipeline

- Analyzing trends in commercial properties and identifying possible properties for clients.

- Responsible for contacting potential clients and offer them consultation on managed office space.

- Assessing a client's workspace need.

- Showing commercial properties to prospects and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties.

- Developing and implementing strategies to close the deal.

- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.

- Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions.

- Maintain relationship with clients for prolonged business growth.

- Conducting market research to identify areas that has potential growth in managed office space.
