Manager - Ad Sales - Malayalam Channel (10-15 yrs)
A. Manager - Ad Sales
Candidates should be from Media Background
B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY :
Ad - Sales of Client (News and Entertainment Channels)
- Manage direct reportees
- Managing new client business development for Clients channels. Co-ordinating with advertising agencies and clients for increasing the ad sales revenue. Maintaining relationship with existing clients and agencies.
- Managing direct reportees, ensuring the people management practices of Client is implemented and driven. Nurture and maintain an environment which supports professional growth of team members.
C. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge :
1. MBA/Equivalent with 10-15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Roles
2. Ample experience in TV Ad Sales is mandatory
3. GEC Sales experience in TV is mandatory
4. Should be fully conversant with market, product and have the ability to represent the organization at industry forums
5. Strong, proven leadership skills
Minimum Entry Qualifications :
- MBA with Minimum 8+ years experience in Sales and Marketing
- (Post graduate degree is mandatory). Candidate should be in an Assistant Manager or higher role in current job
