Manager - Ad Sales (4-10 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively monetize the app inventory, driving revenue growth.

- Primary objective is to increase revenue and solidify the brand's position among major media agencies and advertisers.

- Proactively pitch, negotiate, and close deals with major agencies and brands.

- Build, manage, and scale a robust revenue pipeline with agencies and brands, ensuring a consistent monthly threshold of Ad Sales revenue.

- Demonstrate fluency in online advertising sales, including pricing strategies, inventory control, brand-building initiatives, promotion, and strategic planning.

- Maintain a sound understanding of current online advertising trends and various advertising metrics to adapt strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements:

1) Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Ad sales, preferably in the digital domain, with a proven track record of successfully managing major agencies and brands.
