Manager - Ad Sales (2-13 yrs)
OPPORTUNITY:
- Open new business opportunities within the respective region
- Will be responsible to Develop and maintain Agency/ Direct client relations
PRIMARY ROLE:
- The primary objective of this role is to drive online media sales with the goal of driving significant revenue and establishing brand position among online advertisers
- Incumbent will need to identify, develop, pitch and execute new sales initiatives and also manage the existing business. Should have experience in handling key accounts
- The candidate is expected to be well connected with direct online advertisers, media agencies
- Ability to independently implement the sales plan
- Ensuring a healthy funnel for the business at any point in time
- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets for online ad sales
- Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/ agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis
- Mapping each key account and maintaining relationship at all levels
DESIRED SKILLS :
- Experience 5-10 years
- Experienced in Selling Branded Content & Native Advertisement
- Existing contacts with all the ad agencies
- Existing contacts with direct corporate clients
- Strong understanding of Client and market dynamics and requirements.
- Self motivated with a zeal to perform. Proven leadership qualities with an ability to drive sales will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic market environment
