Manager - Ad Operations (2-3 yrs)
(Mid Senior) AdOps Manager
Key responsibilities :
- Identify, acquire, and activate new partners for the performance network, prospecting and evaluating new publishers to determine their fit
- Drive revenue growth for new and existing publishers operating within a variety of promotion methods (display, search, email, incent, social media, mobile, and video)
- Focus on strategic development and diversification of distribution models based on vertical and market focuses
- Business Development on your portfolio: grow and successfully manage accounts while promoting up and cross selling
- Become an expert on our products and services
- Participate in sales pitches and selected industry events
- Draft, negotiate and execute formal proposals and contracts for existing and potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with mobile marketing trends in order to best serve clients
- Research client issues and driving/influencing internal resources to address and resolve issues
Preferred skills and qualifications :
- Approximately 2-3 years of online performance/affiliate marketing experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Native-level fluency in English, fluency in a second or third language is a plus
- Exceptional personal drive to achieve success and deliver bottom-line results
- Effective collaboration skills and desire to operate on a compelling team
- Superb communication skills
- Enthusiastic positive attitude, yet disciplined and detailed-oriented
- Proven analytical skills
- Exceptional ability to build relationships
- Strong technical aptitude, ability to learn quickly
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
