Manager - Acquisition Marketing - SaaS Product (3-5 yrs)
Job Description
- The role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing of a SaaS product.
Marketing Team is looking for a hire who is passionate about :
- To Create & Drive Marketing strategy (Target audience, User persona, content strategy, measure & monitor campaigns)
- To Work with content writers, designers to execute campaigns
Primary objective :
- Lead generation through highly targeted content driven, user campaigns, globally.
- Online advertising, digital marketing, creating and building high impact campaigns
- Enabling small businesses to be more successful.
Mandatory skills : Content marketing, SaaS, Digital marketing, SEO, email marketing
In this role you will :
- Help drive the marketing strategy, develop audience-targeted campaigns, and partner cross-functionally to successfully execute acquisition plans.
- Create new channels for inbound leads/ Engagement through Content Distribution among various channels
- Conduct customer advocacy case studies and success stories/Collaterals/Testimonials
- Build Knowledge Resources for lead acquisitions
Responsibilities: Marketing Programs :
- Drive the strategy, development, and execution of campaigns, creating a highly effective and targeted approach to help Indshine drive upmarket new customer acquisition growth.
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for this segment to focus on new acquisition and accelerate existing opportunities.
- Present regularly on program performance and success.
Cross-functional collaboration :
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Channels, Campaigns, Marketing Ops, and Content teams to create segment optimized campaigns.
- Partner with sales to monitor lead flow and to optimize the impact of marketing activities.
Project management and new initiatives :
- Track demand generation goals to increase marketing-sourced revenue, track performance, and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
Affiliates program:
- Create and own the strategy, development, budget, and execution of the affiliates programs to drive ROI positive acquisition growth.
- Manage the day-to-day of the affiliate program to hit monthly growth targets.
