Manager/Account Planner - Social Media (4-13 yrs)

Role: Social Media Manager
Experience: 4 to 13 years
Location: Pune
Working Mode: 6 days work from office (2nd and 3rd Sat off)
Specific Skills :
- Well-versed with the nuances of the landscape of social media and emerging platforms with deep knowledge or experience marketing to Gen-Z
- A finger on the pulse of social media trends, with a knack for spotting opportunities to dazzle our audience and outshine our competitors
- Hands-on experience with creating social media content
- Excellent communication skills that blend seamlessly with your creative genius, allowing you t to collaborate effectively with various teams and engage with our online community

Responsible For:
Here's what will keep you busy during your time here.
1. Spot the trend or ride the tiger
Build a social listening practice that throws up insights around trending conversations/what could be the next conversation driver
Manage and optimize the new social commerce platforms (think Facebook, Instagram, and the whole shebang) to maximize engagement
2. The big idea machine :
Convert ordinary events of the day into conversations starters
Build a calendar to carry out day-to-day social media posts
Develop stimulus (fit for the medium) to arouse curiosity and create engagement
Convert the stimulus into multiple formats, each format customized to the medium where it is going to be used (For e.g., a thumb-stopper ad on FB or a reel on IG - all coming from the same big idea)
3. The fan engagement network :
Manage content creation, and build new audiences on emerging platforms
Expand the fan base across the brand's owned social channels by attracting new followers and transforming current followers into brand advocates.
Engage with our online community, responding to their comments, messages, and queries with the wit and charm of a seasoned talk show host.

4. Content is King :
- Develop highly engaging, creative & insightful content to engage with audiences and implement creative social media strategies - work that makes others stand up and say "I wish I had worked on that"
- Work with the agency to support high-scale, high-quality content production as well as build an influencer network
- Craft smart, witty, ideas and copy for all platforms and source or create graphics for various social platforms
- Boost social media posts as ads to extend their reach beyond our community
- Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive social brand reputation.
Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
5. Reports and analytics :
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for social commerce initiatives
- Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather relevant data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- This role requires a vast amount of social media data mining to get insights on ROI to improve and boost the online presence
6. The agency and partner network :
Work on production and social platform integrations with internal creative studios, creative agencies, and media partners
