Manager - Account Management (4-10 yrs)
Must have :
- Experience working with Tier1 IT clients
- Minimum 4 yrs of Experience as Accounts Manager
Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition and Management :
- Develop new client accounts including direct clients and Tier 1 vendors. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring continual engagement and identifying new opportunities.
Team Leadership :
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters, Technical/non-Technical team, providing motivation and mentorship to achieve team and individual goals.
Revenue and Growth :
- Be accountable for meeting or exceeding set revenue targets through effective client and account management.
Customer satisfaction :
- Responsible for conducting CSAT surveys and collecting the feedback from Client Managers.
Contract Management :
- Responsible for writing/amending and extending the contracts, validating it with the Technical, Legal and Finance team.
Helping hand :
- Work as helping hand for Finance, Technology and other departments, clear out any payment delays, contract signing, client onboarding etc.
Work Location :
- Can work remotely but there could be occasional travel.
