Job Location : Kolkata (West Bengal); North-East; Orissa; Bihar; Jharkhand

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply as MT)

Required :

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, & local languages of Bengal, Assam & North-East.

- Should be smart & have convincing skills

- Bachelor's degree (BE/B-Tech) or Diploma in Engineering is mandatory. Electrical or Electronics Engineering is preferable.

- Desire to learn and develop sales skills, a high degree of self-motivation, and drive sales.

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

- Prior sales experience is preferable.

Job Role :

- Adhere the sales process and focus on the outcome.

- Participate to learn about the products/solutions and sales techniques.

- Observes the sales process by assisting Senior sales team members in prospecting and lead generation, visiting potential customers to acquire new business.

- Meeting with existing and new clients. Maintains and develops relationships with clients to generate sales.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

- Achieving Monthly/Quarterly/Annually order booking (OB) and revenue target.

Benefits :

- Sales Engineer on Company payroll and MTs stipend will be paid. On Successful completion of 1 year MTs can be considered on role as per the basis of his/her performance.

- For sales engineer fixed salary + incentive on achievement of KPIs as per company policy.

- Local conveyance, Tour & Travelling expenses will be given as per company policy.
