Management Trainee Sales/Marketing: 7 Positions
Job Description:
- Taking effective Presentation/Counseling to Enquiries.
- Counseling & converting the Enquiry to enroll for the ideal Program as per guidelines
- Tele-calling Leads / Enquiries generated from various sources, obtaining Confirmations & ensuring their Attendance.
- Regularly interfacing with School / College authorities, seeking permission to conduct activities as advised by Regional Head/ Centre Director from time to time
- Keeping a close tab on Competition activities.
- Achieving the Admission & Collection targets for Centre assigned.
- Preparing and sending timely and accurate MIS Reports to management.
Required Profile:
1. Experience candidates should be in education sales.
2. Should be comfortable for travel in Maharashtra.
3. Sundays working
4. Locations- Andheri, Vashi & Pune.
5. No Gender Preference.
6. Good communication.
CTC Details:
1. Fresh Management Graduates can be looked into as - MT- ..CTC can be 3.10 lacs Fixed.
2. Fresh Graduate can be looked into as - Graduate Trainee- CTC can be 2.70 lacs Fixed.
3. 1-3 years experience - Decent hike on current CTC
CTC Structure- Fixed+ Incentives
