Management Trainee - Sales - Infrastructure & Logistics Solutions (1-10 yrs)

- Assist the CEO in strategic roles and new business identification.
- Responsible for first level review of proposals & documents submitted to CEO and provide key insights backed by data
- Work with the department leadership to draft the annual business and operation plans of respective businesses
- Handle adhoc projects of senior leadership & collaborated across multiple teams to ensure swift execution of these projects
- Enabled business transformation and implemented design processes
- Be the focal point of contact of business units and origins to collect their requirements
- Lead few projects independently across various origins
- Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to busness strategies and practices
Skills and Qualifications :
- possess a postgraduate degree from a prestigious university (Ivy League, Russel Group, Top French Universities, Indian universities)
- Have acquired between three and eighteen months of work experience
- Have the ability and willingness to travel and relocate throughout the region for the assignments
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and show natural leadership abilities
- Responsible of meeting deadlines for projects/collaterals and to work with various colleagues to get it done
- Ability to engage remotely with various team members in various countries
- Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Have excellent communication skills in both English and French (preferred)
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and show natural leadership abilities.
